Pegasus App and TESAE SA

Pegasus App is owned by TESAE SA, a business software company. It is located at 274 Mesogeion St., Athens 15562, Greece, and it shall be contacted over the phone at +30 210 74 89589 and via email at [email protected].    

The over discussion app consists of an extension of the several versions of the product Pegasus ERP. It concerns Food and Beverage Outlets. The app enables the communication between a waiter and the computer management software of a company.

Type of information collected

TESAE SA doesn’t use any of the data registered in the app. Furthermore, for the operation of the app TESAE SA doesn’t require any personal data of the user of the app.

The data that is being collected from TESAE is the device’s ID (name and model). This identification number is allied to the identity of the device that entered a new information at the system. This information is collected by TESAE SA, directly send to the core of the product, Pegasus ERP, and not used in any other way.

The successful operation of the functions of the App requires the use of the Camera feature.  The Camera feature is not used for any multimedia recording on behalf of the app.

If the owner of the app chooses not to provide the device ID to TESAE, it won’t be able to gain access to services offered by the product Pegasus WebApp and its sub-products.

Analytics and Performance-Related Cookies

TESAE SA may use cookies to assess the performance of its Services, as part of its analytic practices to improve the content offered through the Services. The information taken are related to the way the Application is used, without any linking to customers’ personal data. These cookies may be used to prevent fraudulent activity and improve security.
